These are activities which are due in regular course of setup in KSA; in case of exceptional items and work - we would have to raise specific work order requests towards the client

Additional Iqama to be charged as per 15,000 SAR one-time fee for 1 year iqama

Attestation fee and apostle fee in source country to be paid by the client as per actuals

In case of additional licenses from Ministries or additional fees due to change in rules, etc. Arnifi would inform the client and raise an invoice towards the excess amount.

The total time taken and project plan share is indicative and would depend on the readiness of documents, resolutions, POA’s and shareholder availability for review and travel to KSA for purpose of signing, medicals and other formalities

The payment terms is 100% advance towards government fee and 50% advance for the remaining amount and remaining 50% after getting the MISA license and before Commercial Registration with Ministry of Commerce The contract will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates
